We are seeking to acquire aggressive niche market companies with positive cash flow, companies with aggressive and knowledgeable management teams and companies with high profit niche market potential in the future. In other words, we are seeking companies that want to move from the status of small successes, to those considered to be a national – or global – leaders.

For Emerging Companies…
At General Growth LLC, we will invest in young, emerging companies whose new products or services have been taken to market (via test market programs and beyond), and have clearly demonstrated demand for these products of services. Other start-up ideas may be considered as well, once they have proven their marketability.

For Management Buyouts…
General Growth LLC. also specializes in programs that assist management executives in purchasing subsidiary companies that large companies are either selling or spinning off. Here we offer partnership arrangements that provide equity for the buyout. In addition our programs also provide for management to eventually become significant owners of the subsidiary company that has been acquired.

We are looking for the entrepreneur, and top management of a company, who understand the hurdles that need to be overcome to take the company to new heights.

These hurdles include the following:

* The need for current investors to diversify an investment protfolio, rather than risking all assets on the performance of a single niche business.

* The need to expand the business without jeopardizing the company’s hard earned capital base, and to prevent U.S. and foreign competitors from eroding its market base.
